(And for all men hoping to gently guide their women into the nudist lifestyle)

Are you a woman embarrassed by your body?

Are you a woman whose significant other want you to go to a nude beach or resort?

Are you a man whose wife or girlfriend refuses to go to a nudist resort?

Are you a single woman and afraid to go to a nudist club alone. Don’t worry. You are never alone. A few introductions from the individual who takes you on a tour of the nudist club you choose to attend, and it’s like a domino effect. Nudists are a very friendly bunch.

Are you holding back because you have physical scars? I’ve had 8 hernia surgeries, and it has never stopped me.

I have been a nudist since 1992. I am currently an active member of Caliente Resort in Pasco County, Florida.I can’t even imagine being in relationship with a man who does not embrace the nudist lifestyle like I do. Of course, it definitely decreases my chances of meeting someone. Many nudist resorts limit the “single” men joining a nudist resort.

I am actually originally from Southern California, and when I joined Glen Eden in Corona, California in 1992, I was 17 pounds heavier than I am now, yet I wasn’t self conscious. At the time I had one scar , but I quickly saw that It just didn’t matter. I liked my body. I lost the weight accidentally when I went to an accupuncturist for something completely different in 2002, and by the way I now have had 7 hernia surgeries (believe it) and a benign hip tumor surgery.. I call them my scars of life : - ).

Iposted my article on body image, because I know how difficult it is for many women to accept their bodies. A lot of women think they have to be perfect to be seen at a nudist resort. And yes guys, I know that some of you also are embarrassed by your bodies as well.

I know that I don’t have a perfect body, but It doesn’t matter. It took me a long time to accept myself the way I am. I always thought I had to be perfect until I became a nudist. Growing up I felt like I had to hide my body. I never wore a bathing suit or went in a swimming pool until my late twenties, because I felt I wasn’t perfect. It was my Jewish mothers upbringing. When you are constantly told you are fat and that you have funny toes, you want to hide your body. When I am in a nudist environment, I always feel beautiful; and each time I go, I fall in love with myself all over again. I feel completely free and able to express the true Goddess essense of who I am. There are all kinds of people and all sizes and shapes in the nudist clubs. The perfection within myself became obvious. True naturism is not about sex but rather your sexuality -how you feel about yourself as a woman.,You are a beautiful woman. Now all you have to do is accept that belief.

My book, Sexy Love Affirmations, helps you to do just that with powerful affirmations for bringing out the “real you”. Imagine not having to put on airs-just being yourself. Allowing others to see the true essense of who you are. Wonderful feeling!. Without clothes, there is nothing to hide. That may sound scarey to some women (as well as men); however, i have come to the conclusion that you either have a passion for this lifestyle or you don’t. There is no inbetween.

Before becoming a nudist, I was a clothesaholic. There should have been a 12 step program, because I was always running to the stores “covering up” my insecurity issues. Now I feel like a whole woman inside and out. Those insecurities came from a Jewish mother who constantly focused on the negative, rather then the positive. I was taught to hide myself until I went to my first nude beach experience at the age of 26 to a nude beach. I have funny looking toes, and I wasn’t allowed to leave the house growing up without shoes. Now,when I walk through the gates of a nudist resort. And I have a smile on my face, because I know I AM PERFECT AS I AM.

Are you feeling the warm fuzzies for someone?

Have you ever asked yourself why it is so difficult to stop thinking about someone? We are all psychic in one way or another. When you connect to another man/woman in a deep way, you are connecting with your souls. Most people don’t realize how psychic they really are. Everyone is clairsentient whether they know it or not. Being clairsentient means that you have the psychic ability to feel another person’s energy and feelings.

Now, when you think about someone in a normal way, there is nothing unusual there. Then all of a sudden you feel overwhelmed like you are in a fog and you can’t stop thinking about them. Now, stop for a second and focus on where you are feeling the energy. It is usually in the heart and chest area. You’ve had that funny feeling before. Remember. You just thought it was YOU. What is going on is that you are feeling THEIR THOUGHTS. WHAT YOU ARE FEELING IS WHAT THEY ARE THINKING AND FEELING ABOUT YOU.

During thise time you are experiencing this, you may feel feelings from extreme sadness, or guilt to feelings of peace or missing someone. Keep in mind you only started feeling these thoughts when you connected to their energy. So know that you if you are feeling great sadness, it will pass. If you are feeling a great feeling of peace and joy, you know they are thinking wonderful thoughts of you.

In 2004, after an unexpected breakup with someone, I felt one night he was thinking of me, and then it really got interesting. One Valentines night someone took a picture of our costumes and we each got a framed copy.I knew without a doubt he was looking at that picture and my outfit that I had warn that night appeared in front of my face. It was a spine tingling, emotional and very powerful experience.

I have even felt sexual energy from men. Many years ago before I did my psychic work full time, I was working as a secretary in a hotel. I had a deadline, and this man’s energy was quite obvious. I sent it right back to him. He ended up calling me at work and asking me to stop, so that he could get up from his desk. You might want to get a reading from me, so I can teach YOU how to do it. This is not something I usually do, as these days, I live in a nudist resort.

There are times when I know what someone is feeling about me before they actually know it. As a psychic, I have to be careful and allow them to catch up with me. Patience isn’t one of my better traits; however, I know it is essential for the relationship.

A couple of years ago, after an ending to a short relationship, I felt this man’s energy very intensely. It was a very powerful love energy that I had never experienced before-purrre love. The energy lasted for 3 days. At some point in our short relationship, we had both chosen not to follow our hearts; however, with that kind of energy, no telling what could have happened……..or what could still happen if we let it.

EVERYDAY for 21 days in a row (do not skip a day) look at yourself nude in the mirror and connect with your eyes and repeat one of the following affirmations for at least 5-10 minutes a day. Be consistent. It takes 21 days to change a pattern or belief about yourself. At first it will be difficult to look at yourself in the mirror like that, because you will want to correct any so called flaws. After awhile, it does get easier.
