This needs to be done with a full length mirror. EVERYDAY for 21 days in a row (do not skip a day) look at yourself nude in the mirror and connect with your eyes and repeat one of the following affirmations for at least 5-10 minutes a day. Be consistent. It takes 21 days to change a pattern or belief about yourself. At first it will be difficult to look at yourself in the mirror like that, because you will want to correct any so called flaws. After awhile, it does get easier.
